Returns
If your household product is faulty or damaged, please contact us via email or phone and a sales representative will assist you within 2 working days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the return of the goods unless otherwise agreed with us.
Goods cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Transport costs for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Electrical items have a 1-year returns policy for manufacturing defects. Please notify us immediately if a fault is found, and we will work to rectify it as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Before Dispatch:
If you wish to cancel a paid order before dispatch, contact us via email or phone within 12 hours of placing your order. We may be able to refund your payment without any extra charges.
After Delivery:
If you wish to cancel after delivery, contact us to arrange the goods to be returned to our warehouse in resellable condition. All packaging must be intact.
We reserve the right to reject goods that are damaged or not in original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, minus any card or PayPal fees incurred.
Incorrect or Short Deliveries
If you receive the wrong item, we are responsible for collecting it and will issue a refund once we receive the goods.
If your order is short-delivered, we will either send the missing items or issue a refund/coupon.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.
Refunds
Refunds are processed through bank transfer. We will require your account number, sort code, and account holder name.
Coupons may also be offered as an alternative refund option.
