1. Returns & Refunds (Wholesale Terms)
- All sales made on universalcashandcarry.co.uk are final, unless the goods are
damaged, faulty, or incorrect. - Due to the nature of wholesale trading, we do not offer refunds for change of mind
or unsold stock.
Any issue with the order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive items that are:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
- Missing
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence
- Description of the issue
- Once verified, we will:
- Arrange a replacement, or
Issue a refund (at our discretion)
3. Conditions for Returns
- Goods must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Opened, used, or resold items are not eligible for return
- Perishable or food items are non-refundable
Clearance or discounted items are non-returnable
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error, we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
- If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping
- We do not accept responsibility for items damaged during return transit if not packed properly

- Once goods have been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
