1. What if there is a problem with my delivery?

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via the Contact Us page, and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

You can browse our household products, add your chosen items to your basket, and submit your order. Creating an account is optional, but recommended for faster checkout and order tracking.

Click on “Create an account” at the top right corner of the website and follow the instructions.

Most household products may come in a mix of colours or designs per pack. Specific colour/style requests may not always be possible.

If a product is out of stock, you can add it to your Backorder list. We will notify you by email when it becomes available.

If a product comes in packs (e.g., “12 Kitchen Sponges”), the price is for the pack, not each individual item. If no pack quantity is mentioned, the price is for one item.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

There is no minimum order value. Orders below £100 (excluding VAT) may incur a £10 processing fee.

Delivery costs depend on your location and order size. Free delivery is available for orders over £800 (excl. VAT) within Mainland UK. For Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, or international orders, please contact us for delivery details.

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and Bank Transfers for orders over £800. Cheques are not accepted.

Our website is SSL secured. Your data is encrypted, and we do not store payment information.

Orders can be collected from our warehouse during opening hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm) after confirmation via email or phone. Bring your order summary or ID as proof of purchase.

Yes! You are welcome to visit our warehouse or showroom (address will be provided after placing an order).

You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

For bulk household orders or special sourcing requests, please contact us. We can provide quotes for larger pack quantities.

We ship internationally. For delivery outside the UK, submit your order and we will provide a quotation by email.
