At our wholesale store, we aim to keep all products in stock and ready for dispatch. However, due to high demand or supplier delays, some items may occasionally become temporarily unavailable. In such cases, these products may be offered as backorder items.
A backorder allows customers to purchase a product that is currently out of stock. Once the product becomes available again, we will process and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

A backorder is an order placed for an item that is temporarily out of stock but expected to be restocked soon. Instead of waiting until the product becomes available again to place an order, customers can secure the item in advance.
This ensures that once the product is restocked, your order will be fulfilled before new orders are processed.
How Backorders Work
When a product is available for backorder, customers can add the item to their cart and place the order as usual. The order will be recorded in our system and held until the product becomes available again.
Once the product arrives in our warehouse, the order will be prepared and shipped according to our normal dispatch process.
If your order includes both in-stock products and backordered items, we may:
- Ship available items first and send the backordered items later, or
- Ship the entire order once all products are available.
This may depend on product availability and order size.
Estimated Restock Time
We work closely with our suppliers to restock products as quickly as possible. However, restocking times can vary depending on supplier availability, shipping delays, and production schedules.
In most cases, backordered items are restocked within a reasonable timeframe. If there is a significant delay, we will notify customers and provide updates whenever possible.
