1. What if there is a problem with my delivery?

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via the Contact Us page, and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

2. How do I purchase from the website?

You can browse our household products, add your chosen items to your basket, and submit your order. Creating an account is optional, but recommended for faster checkout and order tracking.

3. How do I register for an account?

Click on “Create an account” at the top right corner of the website and follow the instructions.

4. Can I choose a specific colour/style?

Most household products may come in a mix of colours or designs per pack. Specific colour/style requests may not always be possible.

5. When will out-of-stock products be available again?

If a product is out of stock, you can add it to your Backorder list. We will notify you by email when it becomes available.

6. Is the product priced per item or per pack?

If a product comes in packs (e.g., “12 Kitchen Sponges”), the price is for the pack, not each individual item. If no pack quantity is mentioned, the price is for one item.

7. How do I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

8. Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. Orders below £100 (excluding VAT) may incur a £10 processing fee.

9. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs depend on your location and order size. Free delivery is available for orders over £800 (excl. VAT) within Mainland UK. For Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, or international orders, please contact us for delivery details.

10. Payment options

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and Bank Transfers for orders over £800. Cheques are not accepted.

Our website is SSL secured. Your data is encrypted, and we do not store payment information.

15. How do I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from our warehouse during opening hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm) after confirmation via email or phone. Bring your order summary or ID as proof of purchase.

16. Can I view products before purchasing?

Yes! You are welcome to visit our warehouse or showroom (address will be provided after placing an order).

17. Who can purchase from the website?

You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

18. Large quantity orders

For bulk household orders or special sourcing requests, please contact us. We can provide quotes for larger pack quantities.

19. International orders

We ship internationally. For delivery outside the UK, submit your order and we will provide a quotation by email.

21. How can I get my invoice?

Invoices are included with your parcel. If missing, contact us and we will provide a copy.

22. Backorders

Items added to your backorder list will notify you via email when stock is available. Backordering does not automatically place an order.

All product sizes are approximate and may vary slightly, but we strive for accuracy in all listings.
