Accessing Your Orders

To view your orders, simply log in to your account and navigate to the My Orders section within your account dashboard. Here you will find a complete list of orders that you have placed on our website.

Each order will display key details including the order number, order date, order total, and current order status.

Order Status Information

Your order status helps you understand the current stage of your purchase. Common order statuses include:

Pending
Your order has been received but payment has not yet been completed or confirmed.

Processing
Your payment has been received and the order is currently being prepared for dispatch.

Completed
Your order has been shipped or successfully delivered.

On Hold
Your order is temporarily on hold while we confirm payment or stock availability.

Cancelled
The order has been cancelled and will not be processed.
